About these terms

These terms are between you and Elite Casino Hotels (London) Limited of 12–16 Cavendish Row, Mayfair, London, W1J 7AL (company number 09872341). By making a reservation, or by entering the house, you agree to them.

Reservations

Fully Flexible bookings may be cancelled free of charge until 14:00 the day before arrival. Advance Saver rates are charged in full at booking and are non-refundable. Check-in is from 15:00; check-out by 11:00.

Age and identification

You must be 18 or over to enter the gaming rooms. We operate Challenge 25. Photographic ID is required on every visit. Children are welcome in rooms and at breakfast but not on the gaming floor.

Gaming

Play is subject to our house rules, table limits and the conditions of our Gambling Commission licence. Membership applications are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before play. The management may refuse admission.

Restaurants, spa and gym

A discretionary 13.5% service charge is added to restaurant bills and shared in full with the team. Spa treatments should be cancelled with four hours' notice. Gym classes cancelled within two hours attract a £15 charge.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. We are not responsible for valuables left unattended outside the in-room safe.
