Asked of the concierge
Do I need to be a member to stay at the hotel?
No. Rooms and suites are open to all guests aged 18 and over. Residents receive complimentary Cavendish membership for the duration of their stay, which includes access to the main gaming floor.
What identification do I need for the gaming rooms?
A valid passport, UK photocard driving licence or national identity card. We operate a Challenge 25 policy and will refuse entry without photographic ID, however many times you have visited.
Is there a dress code?
Smart dress applies throughout the house after 18:00 — a jacket for gentlemen in the gaming rooms and in Quarter Moon at dinner. Sportswear, trainers and headwear are not permitted on the gaming floor.
Can I bring guests to the casino?
Bellamy members may sign in two named guests per visit, Elite Circle members four. All guests must present photographic ID and complete a short registration at the desk.
How do I set a deposit or time limit?
Speak to any member of the gaming team or your host. We can set deposit, loss and time limits on your account, arrange a break in play or a self-exclusion of six months or longer, on the spot and without discussion.
Do you accommodate accessibility requirements?
Yes. Step-free access is available from Cavendish Mews, all public floors are served by two lifts, and we hold four accessible rooms with wet rooms and lowered fittings. Please tell us your requirements when booking.
