Elite Casino Hotels occupies a Grade II listed building, which sets limits on what we may alter. This page sets out honestly what we can offer, and where we will need to help you personally.

Arriving and moving about

  • The Cavendish Row entrance has three steps and a portable ramp available at any time — please ring the bell and the doorman will bring it out.
  • Step-free level access is available at all hours from Cavendish Mews, at the rear, where the valet stands.
  • Two lifts serve every public floor. The main lift car measures 110 cm by 140 cm with an 80 cm door.

Rooms

We hold four accessible rooms with wet rooms, lowered fittings and a connecting door to an adjoining room. Please tell us when booking. Write to access@elitecasinohotels.com.

Dining, spa and gym

Quarter Moon, the Brass Bar and the Conservatory are step-free from the lifts. The spa is three floors down and served by both lifts. The gym has a step-free studio and an accessible changing room.

Gaming rooms

The main gaming floor is step-free. Table heights vary; a host will find a comfortable seat and can arrange a lower blackjack table with notice.
